[TOD] Biological Risk Mitigation and the Four Primary Controls of Biosafety

This 60-minute training program discusses the four phases of biological risk mitigation and describes how the four primary controls of biosafety work together to provide multiple levels of redundancy for those working in the biological laboratory.  Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  1. List the phases of biological risk mitigation.
  2. List the four primary controls of biosafety.
  3. Provide at least two examples of the primary controls of biosafety.
  4. Discuss how the four primary controls work to mitigate biological risks in the laboratory.

Participants are asked to view a 60-minute presentation, pass a quiz at 80% or better, and complete a program evaluation to earn a certificate of completion.
